Delivery Area

Orders are shipped cross-border from Canada to eligible addresses in mainland China. We do not currently advertise delivery to other destinations through this website.

Shipping Method and Tracking

Orders are sent using a tracked international postal or courier service selected according to the destination and parcel requirements. When tracking is available, the tracking number and carrier information will be sent after dispatch.

Processing and Estimated Delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Cross-border delivery typically takes approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption, or an incomplete address may cause delays.

Customs, Duties, and Recipient Information

Cross-border orders may be subject to customs review, import requirements, duties, taxes, or requests for recipient identification. Where these costs are not expressly included at checkout, they are the recipient’s responsibility. Customers must provide accurate recipient, telephone, and address information and cooperate with reasonable customs or carrier requests.
