Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send confirmation or dispatch the goods. Prices and the applicable currency are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious errors, reject suspected fraudulent orders, or cancel an order when stock, shipping, legal, or compliance issues prevent fulfilment. If we cancel after collecting payment, the amount collected for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Shipping and Customs

Orders are shipped under our Shipping & Delivery Policy from Canada to eligible addresses in mainland China. Delivery dates are estimates. Customers are responsible for accurate recipient information and for duties, taxes, or customs requirements not expressly included at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day request period for eligible unopened products.
