Return & Refund Policy

30-day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. Items marked final sale are not returnable except where required by law.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, email fanfanzhu@gmail.com，with your order number, reason for the return, and photos when relevant. We will provide return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. Financial institutions may need additional processing time. Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
